Welcome to Peek A Boo Vegan LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Nature of Services

Peek A Boo Vegan LLC provides freshly prepared, small-batch vegan (plant-based) meals through pop-ups, preorders, and limited releases.

Regulatory Notice: Some products we offer (including prepared meals that require refrigeration or are ready-to-eat) may not qualify as "cottage food" under Georgia law and may instead fall under food service regulations. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this distinction.

2. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official website or approved channels.
• Payment is required in full at checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Prices and menus may change without notice.

3. Pickup & Delivery

• Orders must be picked up at designated times and locations.
• Late pickups may result in forfeiture without refund.
• If delivery is offered, timing is estimated and not guaranteed.

4. Food Safety & Storage

• Our meals are 100% vegan (plant-based).
• Many items are perishable and require refrigeration.
• Customers are responsible for proper storage, reheating, and consumption within recommended timeframes.
• We are not responsible for food safety once products are picked up or delivered.

5. Cottage Food Disclosure (When Applicable)

For items that qualify as cottage food under Georgia law:

“This product was made in a private home kitchen that is not subject to Georgia Department of Public Health inspection.”

Not all products sold by Peek A Boo Vegan LLC fall under cottage food classification.

6. Allergens & Dietary Disclaimer

• While all products are vegan, we may use ingredients such as nuts, soy, wheat, and gluten.
• Food is prepared in environments that may expose items to allergens.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and notifying us of concerns prior to ordering.
• Peek A Boo Vegan LLC is not liable for allergic reactions.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the nature of prepared food, all sales are final.
• Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion for errors or quality concerns.
• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before pickup.

8. Pop-Up & Limited Availability

• We operate as a pop-up and small-batch service.
• Availability is limited and may change without notice.
• Items may sell out quickly.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peek A Boo Vegan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or consumption of our products.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Provide false information
• Interfere with our operations or website

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and content are the property of Peek A Boo Vegan LLC and may not be used without permission.

12. Changes to Terms
