Food Liability Waiver & Disclaimer

Peek A Boo Vegan LLC

By purchasing, consuming, or interacting with any products provided by Peek A Boo Vegan LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk

You understand that consuming prepared food carries inherent risks, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, and other health-related issues. By purchasing and consuming our products, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Vegan & Ingredient Disclosure

All products offered by Peek A Boo Vegan LLC are 100% plant-based. However, ingredients may include common allergens such as:

• Nuts
• Soy
• Wheat (gluten)
• Seeds and other potential allergens

Food is prepared in environments where cross-contact with allergens may occur.

3. Allergy Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Review all ingredient information
• Notify us of any allergies prior to purchase
• Exercise personal judgment before consuming any product

Peek A Boo Vegan LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects.

4. Food Handling & Storage

• Many of our meals are perishable and require proper refrigeration.
• Customers are responsible for proper storage, handling, and reheating after pickup or delivery.
• We are not liable for any illness or damage resulting from improper storage or handling once the product leaves our possession.

5. Cottage Food Disclaimer (When Applicable)

“This product was made in a private home kitchen that is not subject to Georgia Department of Public Health inspection.”

Not all items fall under cottage food classification.

6. Pop-Up & Temporary Food Service

Some products may be prepared and sold in pop-up or temporary service environments. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with such service formats.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peek A Boo Vegan LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages resulting from:

• Consumption of our food
• Allergic reactions
• Improper storage or reheating
• Delays in pickup or delivery

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peek A Boo Vegan LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use or consumption of our products.

9. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing from Peek A Boo Vegan LLC, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this waiver
• You accept all risks associated with consumption
• You agree to these terms voluntarily
